Our program’s core foundational concepts originate from our version of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), known as Heroes Combat Jiu-Jitsu. On our website, you will find both traditional BJJ courses and more specific courses tailored to solve the particular problems found in civilian self-defense encounters, law enforcement operations, and military actions abroad. Whether you are a devoted BJJ practitioner wanting to elevate your game, a civilian wanting to learn how to protect themselves, or a law enforcement officer wishing to become a better protector, we have a program for you.

We highly recommend watching our beginner program in our Heroes Combat Jiu-Jitsu series titled White to Blue if you are a beginner. This series of lessons lay the foundations for our BJJ-oriented and more focused curriculum. If you are not interested in traditional martial arts, but you want to be a better civilian defender, law enforcement professional, or military operator. In that case, you can purchase those stand-alone programs without first obtaining the White to Blue curriculum. Still, we highly recommend you start with our White to Blue beginner program, as it will make the learning curve much quicker and more effective for the more advanced or highly specialized coursework.
